She served as the head of the Department of Professional Education System Development at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation. From 2022 to 2023, she served as the deputy head of the Bukhara Regional Employment Directorate, "Ishga Marhamat" in Bukhara. She has held positions as director of a monocenter, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Council of the Party Organization of the Bukhara region of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan, and deputy minister of higher and secondary special education.
